Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that BC.Game Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
The players/teams chosen by the user were from outright markets which shows all the confirmed players/teams in the starting, But there is possibility these players/teams can be disqualified, removed, or not participate in the finals. If the chosen player/team is not participated in any case it will be a loss on the bet not a refund. As mentioned in our sports terms and conditions:
5.20. Outright bets are considered all in run and will be settled as a loss if the selection does not take part in the Event, unless otherwise stated. Dead heat rules apply where there is more than one winner. Stakes are first divided by the number of selections who tied and then this portion of the stakes is settled as a win and the rest settled as a lost.
