Account withdrawal blocked for more than 20 days

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding my account withdrawal being blocked for the past 20 days without any explanation. After contacting support, I was told to complete KYC verification, which I did on the same day, submitting all required documents.

Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times—via live support and email—but have received no response regarding my account status and why is the withdrawal blocked. My withdrawal remains blocked, and this lack of communication is unacceptable.
