Unable to withdraw because of website issue
I have had my account working without any issue for a long time, and I've processed withdrawals before. However, after December 1st they redesigned the website and since every time time I try to withdraw I get an error message ("Unexpected error"). I've tried everything they told me: clearing cache and cookies, using other devices, changing the payment methods, changing the payment amount... They tell me I should be able to withdraw but don't give me any solution so I really don't know how to proceed. Every time I contact support they tell me to wait for an email answer that never gets there. I even asked them multiple times to order the withdrawal from their side, which I'm sure they can because the have my IBAN and all my data from previous withdrawals, but they simply don't do it.
I believe they don't have bad intentions and it's simply a software bug, but having the withdrawals blocked for over 1 month now I think it's not acceptable. I reported this on december 2nd for the first time so it's been a long time for them to find a fix.
I attach a screenshot of the error message and an example of a conversation I've had with support. In this particular example they told me they had escalated the situation and to wait for an answer. It's been exactly 1 month since and I've got no answer.
