I have won €204 in the sportsbook. I have made two withdrawals: one for €150 on 16/9 and the other for €54 on 18/9. They state in their rules that they require 3 business days to complete the process, but there has been an excessive delay. Every day, the support team tells me that there is a slight delay and nothing else. I have not been asked to verify my identity, and I have made withdrawals in the past.

Today, after 10 days from my initial withdrawal request, both withdrawals were canceled, and I received an email stating that they may have been canceled due to a technical issue. When I logged into my account, I suddenly saw that it requires verification today (I sent all the necessary documents). The absurd part is that I wasn't notified via email about the verification, but that the withdrawals were canceled due to a technical reason, as you will see in the emails. My questions are as follows:

1. Did it have to take 10 days for the verification to be requested and for the withdrawals to be canceled?
2. If I hadn't logged into my account, how would I have known that verification was needed, since I didn’t receive any email?
3. Now do I have to wait several more days, especially since the weekend is approaching, due to your responsibility?

After I uploaded my bank statement, they asked for it from 1/6 to 10/7, and my phone bill. Suddenly, they are asking me to upload different bank statements and another proof of address besides the phone bill? Is this reasonable, askgablers?
