Hello, having been addicted to gambling for over 10 years, and after losing money all over the world of gaming, especially gambling, I am asking Bankobet to protect me from this uncontrollable situation and to permanently close my account in 2023 due to my gambling addiction. Bankobet did close my account permanently, but unfortunately, following an update, they said they will reopen my account in 2025. Being addicted to gambling, I returned to their website and my account. I lost €785 due to their update error. I am now asking them to put the situation back in place, meaning I should never have accessed my account and lost this money because I reported my gambling addiction to them. Thank you for your help. Hello everyone, I'm getting back to you with a new email from Katalina from the support team, dated January 26, 2024, confirming that my account has been permanently closed due to gambling addiction. However, following an update, Bankonbet reopened my account in 2025, which put me back into the gambling hell. I trust Bankonbet to resolve this problem; their professionalism and reliability are at stake. Thank you all. In the meantime, I continue to treat my addiction with a psychiatrist who is treating me. Thank you.
