For 2 weeks I haven't heard anything about my payment
I can't pay out my credit because there are technical problems with my account. The feature has always worked fine. Since 2nd of October I have been trying to request a (manual) payment, but I only get feedback that the problem is under investigation. I'm not getting updates and support is frustrated with the same messages over and over.
I had to provide a number of print screens of the error message 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since.
