Withdrawal pending for more than 2 weeks

Greetings. First of all I didn't really want to submit this complaint, but it seems like this casino isn't really cooperating with me.

On November 11th, I made a few deposits on this casino (no bonuses were used), one on which I got lucky and sent a withdrawal request for 700 euros. The verification process was swift and successful, my account was verified within the same day. Kudos to them for that.

I used my online bank through Euteller as my deposit method, but since they didn't offer bank transfers as a withdrawal method, I sent the request to my Mastercard (of the same bank account). The withdrawal was cancelled and the customer support told me that I had to verify my bank card by using it to make the minimum deposit of 20 euros (wager free), which I did, and the new withdrawal amount was 723 euros. (3 euros were just leftovers that weren't included in the first withdrawal request.)

Now it's been 17 days since my request, and it's still pending. I've contacted customer support twice, first time after 7 days of waiting and the second time today. Both conversations were pretty much identical, "Your request will be handled as soon as possible" etc.
I'd like to think that I'm quite patient with withdrawal times, but this just feels a bit off, considering that my account verification was completed within hours.

Thank you for your time. Complaint tickets like these are always last resort for me, but I don't think I have an option if I ever wish to receive this money.
