Stalling my withdrawal for 3 weeks and counting

Hello,
I made a deposit into Argo casino on December 12th. I had some nice luck playing slots and ended with a balance of 2260 euros. I requested a max withdrawal of 500 euros to my Ecopayz on December 30th. They asked me for some verification documents a couple of days later, which I immediately sent and they were approved. I have not received any communication from them since this date. I have asked live chat several times for help, and they just tell me to, "please wait a bit more".

I hope you can help me. It is clear they have no intention of paying me.
