Payment declined and balance forfeited without any reason
They rejected my payment request of 100 euros and in addition they deleted and forfeited my money completely from my balance all this without any explanation.
My account is approved on documents and email and all details so everything is in order on my part and I am certain that I have respected all the rules of bonus.
I sent them emails to ask what is going on but they did not answer me and the live chat support also does not understand what's the problem and he told me that everything is respected and good on my part and he also sent alerts to the responsible but no updates for 2 weeks?!
