I made a .03 BTC deposit on July 15 2020, played it, lost it back to the casino and continued to make new BTC deposits. After a few more deposits, I was able to build up enough BTC to cash out, but the .03 BTC deposit made on July 15, 2020 still shows "pending" in my players account. When I try to cash out, the error message states "we are still awaiting confirmation of your last deposit". I have enclosed a screenshot of this error message as well as a screenshot of the "pending" .03 BTC deposit to my players account. I have contacted 7bit live chat support and emailed their support also, and both have been very fast to respond but have kept saying to me to "keep waiting please, we are working on this issue". 7bit support is great and quick to respond but that doesn't help me get this resolved in a timely manner. I did not want to start a complaint here but this is going on for too long now and has been a month since the deposit and 72 hours now to try and cash out without error messages stopping it. I need to get this issue resolved.

This situation has been handled by 7bit and I was able to request a cash out this morning. I want to say a big thank you to 7bit for coming through as they said they would, I super appreciate it :)
