I normally have my withdrawal requests approved and in my crypto account in a few short hours.

Typically if I request a withdrawal at night it’s in my account the next morning.

Recently I’ve requested two BTC withdrawals. One on May 24, for 15.51 mbtc and another on May 28 for 10.9 mbtc.

I ask the chat and they say there is high volume and it’s first come first serve and haven't gotten to mine yet. I emailed asking for updates with no email responses.

I like 7bit Casino and would continue to play there, but am concerned with this recent withdrawal request taking so long.

Update: 7bit cancelled both of my withdrawal requests and said it’s going under additional review. I had to go back in and request another withdrawal for 0.027 BTC and I’m being told the processing time is still long due to high volume of payouts. Unsure why they cancelled both of my initial withdrawal requests and I had to request a new withdrawal.

After over a week I received my withdrawal. Although it took a while to get, the outcome was satisfactory. I’d like to request to close this complaint as resolved.
