Confiscated 25,000 CAD due to unproven multi-accounts accusations
Ive written multiple email which have been ignored and no reply, i been playing at this casino for awhile now depositing and wagering and losing too, well my luck changed and i got a huge win of over $25000 AUD, this is when the trouble started i wanted to make a withdrawal but had to send in my documents to verify, which i do all that is asked and was told by live chat as soon as i send in my documents in, i will b able to withdraw all my winnings. All my documents were verified then all of a sudden my account is being close apparently cause i have other accounts which i no i dont as i only ever have had one email address and only signed up once...
Ive deposited multiple times on my account and being playing and getting bonuses from live chat it says in term that if u try open multiple account all account will be closed or blocked Not once was i told i had another account nor was my account closed, you allow people to deposit knowing that if they ever win that you wont pay cause you will just say they hav multiple accounts....
It wasnt until i had my huge win was this brought to attention, but i know that i have only ever opened one account with this casino, ive send numerous emails with complaint and dispute which have all been ignored and live chat have been no help at all either.... im distraught that ive been treat like this when i no i never ever open multiple accounts... you are more then happy to take my deposits but as soon as i win bam you cant have your winnings, if i had multiple account i wouldnt have been able to deposit or get bonuses from live chat which i have done both with my account and never once told of another account,,,,,
Ive been a total emotionally drain trying to deal with this and the total ignorance from the casino to not replying at all to my emails...... i want my winning that i won rightly then you can close my account!
