Dear 7bitcasino,
Thank you for your update regarding my complaint, but I still find it unsatisfactory because your “evidence” still fails to answer some very basic questions, and has only left me feeling more suspicious of 7bitcasino, the employees of 7bitcasino involved in this investigation, and begs the question, “Do you think that AskGamblers or me are stupid?”.
Because only a person or persons believing us to be cognitively challenged would reply with these screenshots you have uploaded and expect us to believe the chain of events you all are trying to pass off as fact.
I hardly know where to begin with this reply but I will give it a go…..
First, at 08:08:43am (EET), I did receive an automated email from the casino asking me to verify my now ERC-20 compatible wallet address 0xD33123dF7920ABeA68659bdcb3D332C2d7FB20De, that I retrieved from Coinbase after realizing that the first Coinbase wallet address of 0x1c8F92413f1703Ae5AAFa8A30E96D262dA0665Df would not be compatible using the ERC-20 network as described by the casino on their website.
In the screenshot you will notice that I have circled the action word “clicked”, which I will assume is some sort of notification tool for the casino to show that the player has not just received the email, but also clicked the embedded link to confirm the wallet address contained within the message.
I have no issue with this screenshot because this is in fact what happened.
Next, at 10:25:24am (EET), the casino is providing a screenshot of an email which states that my request to withdraw my funds has been cancelled. It does not state that I initiated this cancellation, or for what reason if any it was being cancelled, and further, I have no record of this email ever being sent to my address of < removed >, even though, you will see as I’ve circled it, their system has marked this email as having been delivered.
Next, at 10:27:00am (EET), the casinos system shows an automated email had been sent to my email address to confirm this new wallet 0xB704A75751B158B6F4b7C55d569b0e4746756EA5 that I am being told I had entered into the casino website, although again, I have no record of this email being delivered to my address. Further, as I’ve circled on the screenshot the casino has uploaded, this message does not show that I the player have “clicked” the link within the email to confirm the new wallet address, and even more importantly, the timeline the casino has put together shows me receiving a message that my withdrawal was canceled at 10:25:24am(EET) and then somehow, I go to retrieve a new wallet address, copy and paste it into the casino’s wallet area, rerequest to withdraw my .37 ETH, and then a new email from the casino asking to confirm this final wallet address all within 96 seconds from start to finish. Even if I was anticipating an email to arrive from the casino at the exact time it did (of course I could not have anticipated this), it still would have taken me longer to complete the steps for a new wallet address and withdrawal than the casino’s time system is saying it took.
Add on the fact that I was not glued to my email because I last confirmed my new wallet address at 08:08:43am(EET), so we are talking about over two hours later that this supposed notification of cancelled withdrawal being sent to my email address, I think it’s safe to conclude that I could not have done all these steps it would have taken to do and 96 seconds later have already received a new request to confirm this new wallet address of 0xB704A75751B158B6F4b7C55d569b0e4746756EA5.
Add onto this information that it is also of note that this request to confirm this last wallet address my ETH eventually is sent to by the casino never shows it’s been “clicked” on aka confirmed, but rather just “delivered” as I have noted in my screenshot uploads, and it becomes clear that I never requested withdrawal to nor confirmed this last wallet address where my funds were eventually steered to at 2:22:10pm(EET).
I’m not certain how involved the casino is in trying to cover up the truth of my complaint, but I feel it is fairly easy to see that whoever has done this, did so to make it appear that I the player requested these actions to occur, when in fact, the last action of mine that is verifiable even by the casinos own system is the last time I clicked “confirm” for the wallet address 0xD33123dF7920ABeA68659bdcb3D332C2d7FB20De at 08:08:43am(EET).
I did not cancel this withdrawal request, I did not request a new withdrawal with new wallet address, and did not confirm that last wallet address that my ETH was sent to.
The casinos own screenshots shows what I am saying to be true, and leaves the casino at fault for sending my funds to an address I never requested them be sent to. And I must conclude that either the casino and it’s investigation team are largely incompetent of their own policies and procedures, have turned a blind eye to an obvious cover up over a relatively small amount of money to a casino as large as 7bit, or it is they that are at the center of what I can not think of any other word to use other than conspiracy against me as a well established player at their casino.
If any of what I have said is unclear, please message me and I will clarify.
Thank you
