On 02 Feb 2024, I made a deposit of €100 and used the 100% welcome bonus for the casino.

So I needed to wager the €100 45 times, it was €4500 and I managed to meet the wager (as you can see on the screenshot, there is no wager left). After all, I had €280 left and I was going to withdraw on 03 Feb 2024.

After a period of 4 days (not 3 like in the T&C), my account was verified. Today they told me via mail that I didn't meet the wager and they canceled my withdrawal. I was going into a live chat and they told me that I met the wager for the bonus but now on top of that I have to wager the deposit of my real money... what is that? I never had such a thing in any other casino and also I couldn't find any term that says you have to wager bonus money + real money balance. When you play with bonus money you have to wager the bonus and when you deposit and play only with real money you have to wager that (depends from casino to casino like 1-3 times the deposit).

So now I start thinking the casino wants me to lose my small amount of €280 but I will not play until this case is closed.
