Hi. I would like to write this complaint about this terrible experience. 10.08.23 I request 2 withdrawals which were both approved. Before that all my withdraws were processed and approved easily and within 3 hours max. The method was every time the Mastercard. So I request. After approval I waited for the money to reach my account but never happened. I contacted the live chat. They said it might up to 5 business days. After that I tried many times to speak with emails with the financial department that this is too much. Every day they were saying the same thing. You need to wait 5 business days, although I knew there was a problem. In the meantime I kept making deposits and withdraws after that. Same method. The next withdrawals I did were approved and paid. I tell them again how this is possible. You are missing 2 payments. They again you need to wait. I waited up to 10 days. They now saying is problem with the payment provider. We are making investigation. They are playing with me. I am asking for your help. They have stopped answering my emails. I request an update from them. No one. My VIP manager got disappeared. What should I do? The amount of the withdraws is 4,500 kroner and 2956 kroner.

I just wanted to correct something. In this casino is no need for username, the name which is shown is < full name removed > which is also my real name. The nickname < removed >is the nickname who has been used to pragmatic live Blackjack tables because there i made my winnings with they don't pay. Also the exact amounts are 4500 kr, and 2955.
