Payments are being rejected every day
I am waiting since 3 days for my withdrawals, 20Bet keeps rejecting them every day.
Their justification is that my bank is not accepting the transactions, but that is not true. Upon contacting my Bank, they assured me that no-one is trying to send me money and the bank would never reject it, unless I asked them too.
Just to respect the wishes of 20bet I used another withdrawal method afterwards. I used my IBAN for bank transfer, but 20Bet rejected it again. This time they only wrote "Please use another payment method or IBAN". They did not even specify this time why I should use another payment method. So even the 2nd withdrawal method is not okay for 20bet. Credit card not okay, bank transfer not okay! What do they want?
I do not have crypto payments and this does not even make any sense. This is a clear message that they just want to delay the issue and hope that I will lose my money in the meantime.
Every time they said use only digits and account number for bank transfer and I have did same what they said and still they declining continuously. Whatever they have requested I have sent for withdrawal, but every time 20 bet making new excuses just to keep money in their casino account.
Even I have tried with every withdrawal possible method and still keep declining and even my last withdrawal request is pending from more than 30 hours
