20bets is making players tired and tired, giving up.

However, the process of 20bet withdrawal system was very complicated and troublesome.

I heard there was a problem with Stick Pay, but I received the deposit with Stick Pay right now. Why was there a problem only with your company? All right, let's say there could be a problem.

When I applied for the 6th withdrawal, 20Bet refused by sending an email below the betting.

"The deposit amount must be wagered at least 3 (three) times for Casino/Live Casino bets and/or 1 (one) time for Sports bets before requesting a withdrawal. The wagering requirement must be completed in full before the funds can be withdrawn from the account."

This email made me super disappointed because I realized 20bet didnt care about my situation. I already wagered more than 5 times until that time. That is only their excuse.

Still, my last deposit for tether is not credited in my account.

If I was a player who had difficulty using English, I would have given up getting withdrawals.

Sehr geehrtes 20Bet-Support-Team,

hiermit möchte ich offiziell Beschwerde über die Schließung meines Kontos sowie den Umgang mit meinen Gewinnen einreichen.

Ich habe mich vor wenigen Tagen erstmals bei 20Bet registriert. Vor der Registrierung hatte ich keinerlei Kontakt mit Ihrem Unternehmen und habe ausschließlich ein einziges Konto erstellt.
Der einzige Fehler bei der Registrierung war ein Tippfehler in meinem Nachnamen (ein fehlendes „s“). Dies habe ich unmittelbar Ihrem Support gemeldet. Mir wurde ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass dies kein Problem darstellt und im Zuge der Verifizierung korrigiert werden könne.

Nach der Registrierung habe ich 200 € eingezahlt und wenige Stunden später einen Gewinn von ca. 6.000 € erzielt.
Als ich anschließend die Verifizierung durchführen wollte, erhielt ich stattdessen eine E-Mail über die Löschung meines Kontos. Meine Gewinne wurden einbehalten. Mir wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, dass meine Einzahlung zurücküberwiesen werde – diese habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten.

Ergänzend möchte ich transparent darauf hinweisen, dass ich aus Gewohnheit zunächst mit aktiviertem VPN gespielt habe. Dieses nutze ich generell aus Sicherheitsgründen im Internet.
Da es im Spielverlauf zu technischen Problemen kam, habe ich das VPN anschließend deaktiviert. Eine absichtliche Täuschung, Umgehung von Regeln oder das Verschleiern meiner Identität lag zu keinem Zeitpunkt vor. Meine persönlichen Daten entsprechen meiner echten Identität und ich war jederzeit bereit, die vollständige Verifizierung durchzuführen.

Ich empfinde die Kontoschließung und den Einbehalt meiner Gewinne dennoch als unverhältnismäßig, unfair und intransparent, insbesondere da mir zuvor keine konkrete Regelverletzung mitgeteilt wurde und der oben genannte Namensfehler laut Support kein Problem darstellte. Der Eindruck entsteht, dass nach dem Erzielen eines hohen Gewinns nach Gründen gesucht wurde, um eine Auszahlung zu vermeiden.

Ich fordere Sie daher auf,
1. mir den aktuellen Status der Rückzahlung meiner Einzahlung mitzuteilen,
2. die Kontoschließung konkret und nachvollziehbar zu begründen,
3. meine einbehaltenen Gewinne erneut zu prüfen und mir eine faire Lösung anzubieten.

Withdrawal and Verification Issue Arabic government Documents Not Supported

I am submitting this complaint regarding 20Bet, which is listed on your website with high rating and clearly states that it accepts players from Egypt.


After registering and attempting to withdraw it got reject after 24 hours of being pending because I need to verify my account , I was informed by 20Bet that identity documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic characters, as they do not support Arabic documents.

This creates a serious issue for Egyptian players.

All official government-issued documents in Egypt are issued in Arabic, including:

* National rID

* Driver’s license

* Utility bills

* Bank statements

* Mobile service payment confirmations

Since 20Bet accepts players from Egypt, rejecting Arabic documents makes it practically impossible for Egyptian players to complete verification and withdraw their funds.


My passport is expired. Renewing it requires time and significant cost, and it is not a mandatory document in Egypt. Requiring a passport when a valid national ID is available is unreasonable, especially when the casino officially accepts Egyptian players.


I have asked 20Bet the following questions, but I have not received a clear solution:

How can an Egyptian player complete verification if Arabic documents are not accepted?

Do they accept certified translations of Arabic documents?

If Arabic documents and certified translations are rejected, does this mean Egyptian players cannot withdraw their funds?


I registered on 20Bet primarily because of the rating on Askgamblers which gave me confidence in the platform. However, this verification restriction directly contradicts what you stated on 20Bet ( Accepts players from Egypt but the Egyptian governmental documents required in the verification process are not supported and gets rejected.


I respectfully request your kind

clarification whether this practice is acceptable for a casino that state “Accepts players from Egypt”!!!!

Intervene with 20Bet to provide a practical and fair solution or you must lower the casino rating and highlight about players from Arabic countries the site thankfully only accepts there deposits and never process withdrawal for them as they will never be able to verify there accounts !!!


At the moment, I am unable to complete verification and withdraw my funds due to this restriction.

I am requesting your assistance to resolve this matter fairly and ensure that Egyptian players are not placed in a position where you can deposit but cannot verify and withdraw .

Note: Specially when you try to withdraw after performing the second deposit and request to withdrawa 4 times the deposited amount that’s why I think I have unrealistic to technically applicable by any means which looks like a way of scaming by not paying winners “unfortunately !!!!“

Withdrawal delay despite completed verification and respected limits
Hello AskGamblers team,

I am submitting a complaint regarding delayed withdrawals from an online casino, despite full account verification and compliance with all stated withdrawal limits.

Casino details
• Casino name: 20Bet
• Website used: bet20play.com (official 20Bet domain used for my account)
• Country of residence: Switzerland
• Withdrawal method: Bank transfer (IBAN – UBS Switzerland)

Chronology
• 21 December: I requested several withdrawals (22’130 CHF) each within the allowed limits.
• My account is fully verified (ID, selfie, residence permit, proof of deposit, bank details).
• One withdrawal was marked as “Successful” by the casino.
• Other withdrawals remain in “Processing” status, despite:
• daily limit: 4,000 USD
• weekly limit: 10,000 USD
• these limits not being exceeded.

As of today, no funds have been received on my bank account, despite the “Successful” status being shown on the casino side.

Issue
• The casino confirms withdrawals internally, but funds are not credited.
• No clear explanation is provided as to why:
• only one withdrawal is finalized,
• others remain stuck in “processing”,
• and no concrete payment timeline is communicated.

What I am requesting
• Confirmation that the withdrawal marked as “Successful” has actually been sent to the banking system.
• A clear execution schedule for the remaining withdrawals.
• Mediation to ensure withdrawals are completed in accordance with the casino’s own terms and conditions.

I am not requesting special treatment — only the execution of withdrawals already approved and compliant with the stated limits.
