I have send a withdrawal request of 3047,63 euro on the 6th of February 2024 and it is still pending. I have won the largest amount of money in a sports bet. I have send all documentation required through the verification proces, and it is all approved. I’m withdrawing the money to the same visa credit card that I have used. I have tried to contact live chat, complaint section and written emails to the VIP section. They tell me to wait and say that my request is moved forward as high priority. But nothing is happening. Can you help me with what to do?

My pending withdrawal is approved. And I am now waiting for the money to be received in my bank account. It didn’t go in on Friday.
