Slot Madness Casino - Winning 53,000$$$ should be exciting but with them it's painful

On August 14th I won 46,000 with Slotmaddness Casino. I requested the maximum payout allowed of $2500. My VIP host "Nick" informed me that I would be paid that amount two to three times each month and arranged for it to be direct deposited to my account which I really appreciated. The payout was partially approved $1083.00, $334.00 was a coupon which understandably was not paid and the balance of $1084 was declined and put back into pending status with the rest of my money on August 26th. On September 4th $1043 was deposited into my account. I was charged a $40.00 payment fee. I called to discuss this with Nick and was told now that I am a "winner" he is no longer my VIP host and I am no longer allowed to use coupons or promotions. He told me I am to deal with the general help line and when I call them they tell me I am supposed to deal with him. NOW my next withdrawl has now been approved $1250 and the balance of $1250 declined. So it appears it will take TWO YEARS TO GET ALL OF MY WINNINGS! I had accepted that it would take one but two is not okay. $53,000.00 should be a life changing amount of money but when you only receive $2400.00 it's at a snails pace and really doesn't seem fair. I feel cheated and do not plan to ever deposit money with them again. I have been playing there for quite some time and have made many deposits with them and they never had to wait for me to pay. I just don't see how it's right to do this to me when I have been a good customer to them.

Now they've strong me along and frustrated me to the point of not caring. I have played it down to $30,000.00. When you only get $1000.00 every now and then it's disappointing.

Hi Shelsue46,

First, massive congratulations on such a great win!

I've been looking into this and caught an error, fortunately on your behalf. Your payments will be made at a rate of $2,500, every two weeks, beginning the week of September 22nd. This means you'll be receiving $5,000 each month, resulting in full payment of your winnings within one year.

I will ask one of our senior support managers to contact you to answer any further questions you may have.

All the best,

Tawni

I'm unaware of any error on my behalf although I've played it down to $20,000.00 now because I've been so frustrated. Why have my first two withdraws that were approved for 1083.00 and 1250.00 when the requested amount was $2500?

Dear Shelsue46,

You were sent an email on 9/24/14 with information regarding your payments. Would you please confirm that you received it.

Thank you,

Tawni

Hi Shelsue46,

My understanding is that you already were contacted by one of our senior managers, earlier today, who provided you with the tracking on this.

Unfortunately, I'm having issues accessing our system right now, so I'm unable to see where the deductions came from (I'm guessing these stem from removal of a bonus + $40 processing fee, however, I can't say for certain). As soon as I'm able to access this information, I'll make certain you're contacted with the breakdown on everything.

All the best,

Tawni

Hi I've been very pleased with Emmas assistance. She has helped some of my withdrawals processed rapidly. I have received $7,500.00 so far leaving $52,500.00 to go. I am hopeful that she will continue to handle my account as I am once again pleased with your casino. I am hesitant to feel that all has been resolved at this point though with so much money still outstanding. I'm sure you understand.

Dear @Shelsue46,
Can we close this complaint?

I do not want it closed at this point due to the fact that I feel a few payments were paged through but I still have two more for $2500.00 that have been approved but not yet paid and I have 19 more withdrawals of $2500.00 each that are in pending status and now I am getting stories about having to wait two weeks AFTER my deposit has been approved PLUS another 7 to 10 business days for the processor. That's not what their policies state.

I am going to request that you close this complaint. I feel that Emma R is handling it well and I am satisfied. I
