Lucky Red Casino - Withdraw declined

More than 5 weeks ago I won money at Lucky Red Casino. I confirmed my account by sending a form, copy of my ID and a bill to them. I also verified by phone. They told my that everything is OK and that I would get my money in a few days. After a few days i got this message:

"Dear Tomas,

This automated email is to confirm that your NETeller withdrawal request for the amount of $4,000.00 has been declined and the funds returned to your casino balance.

If you have not already received personal contact from us detailing the reasons for this please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I Havent got any personal contact from them. I have chatt with them and they say everything is OK. I have also called them by phone and they say that everything is OK and that i would get my money soon. The problem is that they have decline my withdraw at least 4 times. When I chat or call them they say that everything is okey but then continue deline ny withdraw... Please Ask Gablers, can you help me?

No! I have waited for the money for over 2 mounth and I got the message decline every time I make a withdraw. When I call you say that its on the cashier peoples table but they decline my withdraws every time. This time you have not decline but I have got the money. I dont drop this chat dialog before I got the money.

First of all, thank you for the information. No one has told med that before!

And second of all... I Only have ONE account at Club world (Lucky Red). I checked my bankaccount and can see that I have made totally 5 deposits with the total amount of 4700 usd. When i won (4000 withdraw able) I didnt bet something unnormal. I betted big all the way. I use to play a lot and does it all the times, live as online.

This is my first experiance of Club World and you must be joking with me! How do I take this to the next step?

I do as you say and send a copy to the cashier mail. But I want to warn all the players from this site and write it in public as well so everyone can see how you treet players who wins. If behave and to the right I will write that as well!

What is the smartest thing to Askgamblers? Im really disappointed and shocked of their behavor. The only thing I want is to get my money they are trying to rob me on. I will defently not play there anymore... Whats the best action plan?

 I think the casino made it's final word and nothing can be done. I would like to receive evidence from the casino which proves the statements above about fraudulent playings.

Have you heard anything? I havent heard anything from the casino... Im 100% sure that they are lying, I have also tried to get more information but they dont say anything....
