Nice design, welcomes you and seems like it will be a nice place to play. Okay selection of games, not the best providers but not the worst.
Offer ewallets as deposit and withdrawal

- Would not verify my ID after a win of around €700 (Passport used to travel the world and apply for bank accounts lol)
Chat stated my balance would be sent to my skrill after this.
Being told then now need a utility bill dated In last month even though they had that in November.
- Support is poor and they either don't respond on email or cut you off.

Wazamba casino has a good looking and fast user interface. All favourite games can be played at the casino. I like especially Netent, Play'n go and the Playtech games. From look and feel almost a very good casino but...

The withdrawal payment policy is the worst. Spend you money in another casino if your plan is also to get your winning. You are allowed to do a withdrawal very 24 hours with max. 500€. A maximum of three open transactions is allowed. This would be not the problem. Unfortunately the casino is only processing every three working days a single withdrawal of 500€. So if you are lucky and you have a bigger win it will take you months to get the money to your account. There is also no way to limit your playing in the meantime. I have seen a few casinos with similar T&C's which are clearly built that the player will loose his money at the end.

Positive:
-Good looking website with great search features.
-Customer support responds fast via Live Chat.
-A wide variety of slots from many different providers.
-They have a coin system which you can turn into bonus money or free Ssins in different slots.

Negatives
-Account verification is the worst i have seen in any of my online casino accounts. You can only do it by email which take about 1-3 days each, depending on your luck.
-Finance Department will send you an email like this: "In order to verify your account we need photos of your credit card". You will send it and after about 2 days you get another email: "thank you for your documents, now we need proof of address". Like why couldn't you say all the documents in 1 email? And YES each email takes another 2-3 days and so on.
-Customer Support would not close my account via Live Chat when it is clearly possible.
-Never had the chance to cash out after more than 1 year here which is insane.
-If you deposit with Credit Card it will always take the conversion fee since you are paying in RUB.
-For 90% of the bonuses they give you, you must first chat with Live Chat which is unnecessary.
-I don't even care about closing my account anymore, I added it to black list. It is not worth the hustle over emails that take days upon days.

Whatever you do, do not play at this casino, they will do what ever it takes to not let you cash out. The max cashout if you are a level 5 player is €1500 every 24 hour but every withdrawal is pending a minimum of 3 days so actually it is €1500 every 3rd day and if you withdraw they lower your player level until you can only withdraw €500 a day. So if you win BIG it will take you months and months to withdraw the winnings oh and max €10.000 a month.

It's easy to make a deposite. They don't support paypal but I do have bitcoin so that's convenient. Been playing with bitcoin for a while and I haven't encountered any problems regarding withdrawal so I can't speak for fiat users.

The game itself looks like a game on its own. I understand the appeal but frankly it becomes confusing. there's also having to sign in before I can play the demo. I don't like leaving my account open so that's another inconvenience.
