Here is a chronological account of the events:

Initial Failed Withdrawal (€684.40): I requested a withdrawal of €684.40 back to my deposit credit card. Support insisted the payment was sent, but it never arrived. I explained that my credit card cannot receive direct payments (only IBAN transfers). Instead of offering a solution, they demanded an official bank rejection letter for a transaction that never appeared—a document that is impossible to obtain.

Blocked Winnings (€4,200): While awaiting a resolution, I continued playing and won approximately €4,200 on roulette. The moment I attempted to withdraw a small portion (€280) in cryptocurrency, my account was flagged, and I was instructed to contact the Security Department.

Impossible Verification Loop: Despite being a previously verified user, I was asked to resubmit my ID, credit card photos, and finally, a single photo of me holding my ID and a device displaying our email dialogue. I complied with this impractical request. Their only response was a copy-pasted request for the "same photo," with no specific feedback on what was allegedly incorrect. I have fully cooperated with all verification requests. I submitted all documents requested by the casino, including my ID, bank account details

and bank statements. Despite providing all documents, my account remains blocked and I am unable to withdraw my funds in the amount of 2951.04 PLN.

The casino informed me that video verification is required. I was provided with contact details for a VIP manager on Telegram to arrange the appointment.

However, the VIP manager informed me that the video verification date must be scheduled by the support team via email.

Since then, I have been receiving repeated, automated responses from support without any specific video verification date.

Last week, I discovered that an email with a video verification appointment scheduled for 12 November was delivered to my spam folder. I did not refuseverification and remain fully willing to complete it.

After discovering this, I immediately contacted support and requested a new video verification appointment, suggesting 15 or 16 December. My emails have been ignored since then.

I am fully willing to complete video verification immediately. However, the casino has not provided a new appointment date and continues to withhold my funds.

I believe this is an unreasonable delay and an abuse of the verification procedure. I kindly request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this issue

and helping me receive my withdrawn funds.

SpinBetter Casino - Blocking of funds and requirement of strange documents

I’d like to file a complaint against SpinBetter Casino.

On Saturday, I made several deposits totaling approximately 1200 EUR. After playing for a while, I ended up with around 12,000 PLN in my account. I decided to stop playing and requested a withdrawal. I successfully withdrew 4,000 PLN, which is around 930 EUR, meaning I still haven’t recovered even my full deposit.

Later, the casino blocked my account and the remaining 8,000 PLN. Initially, they requested identity verification – I sent my ID and a photo with the laptop showing our chat, as requested. Then suddenly, without any clear explanation, they demanded a certificate from a medical specialist confirming I am not addicted to gambling.

Such a document is extremely difficult to obtain in Poland – it requires months of therapy and medical evaluation. I did have a self-excluded account in the past, but I’ve clearly stated in my email that I am fully aware of my actions, responsible for the deposits, and I acted as an adult. I voluntarily played and stopped. At the very least, I ask for the return of the money I deposited. I believe it is unfair to keep my funds under such conditions.

Please help me resolve this situation.

On 21.04 I’ve made 2 deposits of 100€ each in my local currency.
After 2h of play, I didn’t loose my money but I didn’t win big, just playing around, I was being log out without the possibility of log in.
I contact their support, and they put me to send a email to [email protected]. I’ve send the email, they reply after 36h to give them the proof of payment, I send it to them. After another 30h they asked me for an id card, I send it to them, after another 34h they ask me for the proof of payment for 2nd deposit and I send them that as well. After that no response.

The customer support told me to wait for them to respond but they don’t give you any timeframes, can be in a day or in 10 days or 2 months. On their T&C they don’t have any info about timeframes or account blocked.

I was looking to have some fun and now I have the account blocked, my money is blocked and I don’t have any reason why.

I would like to complaint about SpinBetter casino’s issues with withdraw payments. I tried this casino based on a good rating from players, first problem was that I didn’t get my bonus after I put in money, so I overcame this, next problem was following right after that, when I must have insert another money to withdraw my already existing money on that account, because it didn’t want me to withdraw them by my payment method, so I did, but it wouldn’t let me withdraw even tho, because I was supposed to withdraw all of my money on bets to be able to get them back. So I did. And now to my main and right now only problem. I was trying to withdraw my money after I got money from bets I won, but SpinBetter won’t let me withdraw. The payment itself says „succesful” just to later change to „declined because of client”. I tried to contact support and they recommended me I must bet 100% of my payment to withdraw (which I already did, so I replied that back to them) and their asnwer was to try withdraw later. I’m trying to withdraw my money for 2 days without success. And as I looked through the issues with this casino on this page, I’m not far the one and only with the same type of issue. If I would’ve known that before, I would never even joined it. Could you help me solve this issue?

I would give this casino zero stars if I could. I have screen recordings as well as screenshots as very clear evidence of the unfair gameplay and low moral compass of this casino. There is somebody who said their bonuses aren't consistent with description!!!! Let me start there!

I contact support. First they told me I had to deposit and wager my own funds of the wagering requirement of x15 to withdraw the funds and any winnings? Wait what? I don't want to withdraw?! Then said that and asked agent to clarify what my issues were with me to make sure she understood. I let her know I wasn't looking to withdraw but that the bonus was credited to my account and in order to receive it I would have to deposit and wager the money. I explained again and she disconnected me from support chat. I took screenshots of that conversation. I then got a new agent asked the same questions and she too said the same things. Went to check and it didn't work so let her know and asked exactly where I could find the new player bonus, that's when she told me it was under my account under VIP cash back bonuses. There is was not only that BUT with a wagering amount of x20!! So there is NO new player no deposit bonus, AND to get 150$ cash back you have to wager 3000$ of your own money. They screw you around dodging answers with the same one sentence answer which is the bonus is available on your account but has a wagering requirement that must be met before you can withdraw it. It's been credited as a bonus.
