Custumer service is at least friendly. The site is well designed and the sportsbook have most of the markets I like to put bets on. They also have most of the slots and board games that I like to play.

Always someone new I had to talk to and I always had to use a lot of time to explain the situation again and again to custumer support. A lot of my email was just plainly ignored.

This site has a serious problem with it's internal communication and there seem to me no notes, reference number or something else in order to give custumer support any form of insign into a problem. Hence, the custumer has to again and again explain his/her problem to custumer support.
