Well, what can i say... I never got to enter the actual casino. I made the first deposit, money was moved from my bank account, but i had a message im not able to sign up. Then i contacted the live chat and they told me that i have asked to close my account at their other casino "jackpot city" so nothing good to say.

Live chat was absolutely horrible. After the first time i contacted them to return my money, i was given another email to support group and told i need to send the proofs there and then they asked me to wait 48h more. Both times they said the same, exept the first time, the timeline to solve the issue was 72h. Also both the times the emails to support groups was very much different.

Most likely i aint getting my money back, but atleast i know i will never play in that companys casinos ever again.

It has great banking options, and great range of games. Great loyalty program also, and bonus wheel every few hours all in all definitely a really great casino to play at rate it as one of the best.

I think your review about the casino is incorrect. They don't offer 24/7 support services. They actually only have a FAQ page.
Second, they offer live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, OnAir, and Pragmatic Play.

Well I haven’t been playing long and still haven’t even cashed anything out yet
On January 4,2023 I made a deposit of $30 and there was 100% match up bonus which means I would have received. $30 on top of my deposit but I didn’t.
So I contacted support after being in the queue in 20th position, but while I waited I played through my $30 deposit cause I was bored and had to wait hours to get through to support.
So over the stretch of 2 days , I was given the runaround, I was told I would be credited the $30 match up bonus money by multiple reps, as soon as the match up bonus issue was resolved
So today, January 6,2023 ,, still not having my account credited the $30 match up bonus money, I contacted support one more time to only be told I couldn’t receive the $30 match up bonus because I played through my $30 deposit before talking with a rep,, like seriously?
After a couple of days contacting support ,, I didn't get told until the third day of contacting them, like really?
Well I finally said enough and told the rep to close my account! Half the time the reps don’t know what they are talking about and as a player and customer , they should have done the right thing by crediting my account the $30 match up bonus money!!
I’m done with them !!!

Microgaming Heaven! I read this place has been around forever so they have to be doing something right. Last Friday night I downloaded their App! and I took their one and only generous %150 match welcome bonus, depositing $10 so had $25 to play with and started out on the new Break the Bank on a .20 bet and hit a hard to come by bonus right off so upped my bet to $1 and Bam! Another bonus! When I finally left the game I was up close to $700 and had played through the required wager! I also received a message saying my Account had been verified and I thought to myself Please let it be true (it was!). Getting verified is an absolute headache. Uploading via the site said it worked but when I was still marked as unverified a week later I went on chat and they said I never uploaded them, so I did it again and screenshot the message saying I successfully uploaded them and emailed it through to them. They responded with the same spiel, "we did not receive them". I went on chat and emailed the rep while we were talking just to confirm they were received. I thought getting verified was horrible but then I went to try to withdraw it is a nightmare. I've been pending for a week. I play at a couple of other casinos and this is the longest I've ever waited for a withdrawal to simply be processed (not actually hitting my bank). Do not bother contacting Chat as they will tell you it is with the Operations Team and they will email when all checks are complete. How long do checks take to complete? So after 8 years of playing at the Lucky Nugget, the paying of withdraws has dramatically slowed down. Last time it took 26 days to get my money and so far its 27 days and counting and my withdraws still remain in work in program status. Customer service gives you no answers and gives the same answer as if they are reading from a script. Payouts and service used to be great. As a player thete for over 8 years, avoid this casino at all cost. Something is definitely wrong.

So far so good, I deposited $20 and received welcome bonus of $20. Play though amount was $1000 hit a few big wins played through the $1000 that night and had $1800 still when I completed the play through. I uploaded my documents and cashed out $1500 now waiting to see if they will actually payout!

The site doesn't let you know if my documents I submitted are approved or not. I tried to find out if they are approved by online chat but not able to reach anyone.
