Jackpot City is one of the latest casinos I joined. I did it after I saw an ad on AskGamblers of AskGamblers exclusive promotion that for 10€ I would get 80 spins on Mega Moolah slot. When it reached 0.60€ I received a pop up message which said I got an extra bonus added and I noticed that my balance was for 10€ higher. My playtime was quite short and I lost all balance. After that I spoke again with support and this time I had a conversation with other agent and he was completely opposite to the one I spoke before, he was kind, professional and answered to my questions about their promotions.

Overall I had unpleasant time at Jackpot City casino and I won't be making another deposit there. The casino lobby looked good but I think that support lacks professionalism and bonus wagering is too high, 50x bonus wager is a lot, especially for first deposit.
