Lot of things. Very slow customer service, many answers to my emails given only with templates, very slow chat and zero resolution.
But the worst thing is that the withdrawals are very slow and (as occurred today) the reverse of the withdrawals without advice or explanations. Also they removed from withdrawals method the method that I used to deposit ( and they in fact rejected the withdrawal with bank account transfer). Kind of nightmare.
