They claim no deposit or withdrawal fee but they payment provider certainly keeps 5% fee. Om March i deposit 4500 now and everything gone normal. But in April I tried to deposit 1500 + 3000 now in 2 different transactions. The amount they depict is in usd. But the equal amount to usd is much higher. So from my bank instead of 4500 I got charged totally 4750nok. I contacted the customer support many times. I explained everything to them but they don’t admit it. They keep saying we are responsible for any extra exchange rates and or additional fees which is not true. That left me too much unsatisfied.
