I requested a permanent exclusion of my account due to gambling stop, and they then tried to do it harder for me to close it. First the gave me the wrong mail by ''accident'', then they gave me the correct mail, and told me to send a picture of my passport as well, then I just asked to get all the data on me to be deleted, and that they wouldn't do as well, even though I have the right to do that according to GDPR law.
They have still not closed my account and this casino is just another messed up online casino.
