Hi folks.
I’ve made 2 withdrawals, 1 on the 23rd of May and the second on the 24th of May. I had to verify my account, which I did with my passport on the 28th of May. It’s been 15 working days since my first withdrawal, I’ve sent 2 emails, with no reply, and can see from this website 888 are quite notorious for delaying payments. I was wondering if there is a swift solution to this?

This issue was resolved the same day as the complaint and the withdrawals were processed on June 15th. An email was sent to the member on June 14th by our Operations Team.
