888 Casino - Unjustified blockage of the entire account

For about a year of 7 I've played poker with lots of fun on 888Poker and made some nice cashes. So I can say I'm a winning player for years now.
Previous week I contacted the support of 888Poker to block the Casino on my account as I wanted to prevent myself from losing money on the Casino and I only want to play poker. Not that I lost much, but every $ counts.
I explicit mentioned that I still wanted to play poker, but only have the Casino blocked (just like I did last year on Pokerstars and I could still play poker). Though the next day I got an error when I wanted to log in on my account (temperarily disabled).
I've mailed a couple of times with the support of 888Poker, but they can't seem to help me.
I want to mention that I do not have a gambling problem as you can find in my casinohistory. Sometimes I play it for fun. But I don't want to lose money on it anymore, so that's why I contacted the support of 888Poker. You can also see that I am a winning player overall on 888Poker for all the years that I played.
I also never had problems with 888Poker and as far as I can see I never caused any problems as well.
Can you please consider unblocking my account again as that was not I requested in the first place and I never wanted to have this block on my whole account. If the Casino can't be blocked it isn't a problem, the main thing for me is to play poker.
Your site has given me so much over the time and I have lots of fun on it. Can you please consider unblocking my account so I can play poker again as that is all I really want?
If you can look in the chat history I had with 888Poker previous week you can find that I explicit mentioned the Casino-part to be blocked, not my whole account. They also didn't tell me that when blocking the Casino-part my whole account gets blocked. So I am very dissapoined to see that this happened and that I have to puch so much effort in something which wasn't my fault or I didn't want in the first place.
