I am reaching out to request your assistance in expediting my withdrawal of $4,000 USD, which I initiated on September 1st—nearly a month ago.
In recent months, the withdrawal times at Weiss Casino have significantly increased. In 2023, a $10,000 withdrawal would be processed within a day or two. Now, I consider myself fortunate if the €4,000 per week withdrawal limit, as stated in the casino's "Account, Pay-outs, and Bonuses" terms, is honored. According to their policy, Weiss reserves the right to split payments and process them in daily installments, not exceeding €4,000 per week (https://weiss.bet/apb).
On September 1st, I requested a withdrawal of $4,000 using the same USDT BSC method I have used for both deposits and previous withdrawals. My KYC was completed back in 2023, and I have successfully made several transactions since.
However, by September 11th, my request was still marked as "In progress." I contacted my VIP manager, who forwarded my request to expedite the transaction to the appropriate department, but no progress was made.
On September 16th, I followed up again, as my withdrawal had been pending for more than two weeks at this point. My VIP manager assured me that she had done everything possible to expedite the process, but it appeared she had limited control over the situation.
On September 19th, I reached out to the live support team, who could not assist and referred me back to my VIP manager. I also requested an explanation for the delay, but I am still awaiting a response.
On September 24th, after contacting my VIP manager once more, I expressed my desire to withdraw all my funds and mentioned that I would file a formal complaint if the issue was not resolved promptly. Remarkably, within 15 minutes of this message, I received an email requesting an additional "High Check" KYC. I promptly submitted the required documents, which were approved within 15 minutes. Despite this, I continue to wait.
It has now been four weeks, and the one-week payout deadline has long passed. I have not received any updates or explanations, and neither my VIP manager nor the support team has been able to resolve the delay.
I kindly request your assistance in contacting the casino to expedite the withdrawal process. Additionally, I would appreciate your help in ensuring that the withdrawal of my remaining balance (approximately $7,860) is processed smoothly and within a maximum of two weeks.

As mentioned in my original post, I also requested an explanation for the significant delay on September 19th. I still wonder what caused this delay and whether it was a one-time issue or part of the ongoing trend of increasing withdrawal times. On that note, I would like Weiss Casino to confirm whether the €4,000 per week withdrawal limit stated in the "Account, Pay-outs, and Bonuses" terms is still correct, up to date, and actively enforced. If not, what are the current limits?
As noted at the end of my original post, I plan to withdraw the remaining balance of approximately $7,800 from my account. After receiving the payment on October 1st, I submitted a new withdrawal request for $4,000, using the same withdrawal method and address as before. I would greatly appreciate it if this identical withdrawal request could be processed within a week, rather than experiencing another month-long delay.

As I mentioned earlier, I received the original $4,000 withdrawal on October 1st after exactly one month of waiting.
I have since submitted a new $4,000 withdrawal request on October 1st, and I expect to receive it no later than October 8th. After that, I plan to submit my final withdrawal request for the remaining $3,800 on October 8th, with the expectation that it will be processed by October 16th. I hope no further complaints will be necessary regarding any delays in these payments.
Although I have yet to receive a detailed explanation for the excessive delay, as I requested, and my remaining $7,800 balance is still pending, I consider the original issue of the delayed payment resolved.

Once again, my expectations have been disappointed. After enduring a month-long delay for the necessary security checks on my previous withdrawal request, I hoped that Weiss Casino would meet the 1-week deadline outlined in their Terms and Conditions for my new withdrawal request—especially since it is identical to the previous one in every respect.
As I mentioned earlier, I submitted a $4,000 USD withdrawal request on October 1st. As of today, October 10th, the request is still pending, and the 1-week deadline has already passed.
I kindly ask Weiss Casino to investigate the issue of delayed payments, as it seems that these delays are becoming the norm rather than the exception.

While your response sounds promising, the unfortunate reality is that my withdrawals have not been processed in full compliance with the terms and conditions of your platform for quite some time.
As you referenced, the relevant section for withdrawals is "5. Withdrawals from Your Member Account" in your terms and conditions (https://weiss.bet/apb). However, Weiss Casino has already violated this section.
According to 5.1, "You may withdraw any amount up to the available balance in Your Member Account by issuing WEI$$ with a valid notice of withdrawal on the Website..." On June 26th, my withdrawal request for 15,000 USDT, submitted on May 30th, was rejected, and I was instructed to resubmit it in amounts up to 4,000 USDT per transaction. At the same time, my concurrent transaction limit was reduced to one. Clearly, "any amount up to the available balance" (which was over 15,000 USDT at the time) and "up to 4,000 USDT" are not equivalent—the latter is significantly less. As far as I’m aware, this 4,000 USDT limit has only been imposed on me; generally, there is no such limit. This is why I have to make multiple withdrawal requests, unnecessarily prolonging an already lengthy process.
Furthermore, under 5.1, it is stated that "...WEI$$ reserves the right, at its discretion, to split the payment and pay the withholding amount in daily instalments not exceeding 4,000.00 Euro (or its equivalent in other currency) per week..." On May 25th, before I was instructed to only make withdrawal requests of up to 4,000 USDT, I requested a withdrawal of 10,000 USDT. This amount was paid in weekly installments: 4,000 USDT on June 1st, 4,000 USDT on June 8th, and 2,000 USDT on June 18th. This splitting strongly suggests that Weiss Casino invoked this clause. However, the terms are specific—payments must be made in daily installments, not weekly, which Weiss Casino failed to follow.
There is also a very concerning issue with 5.6, which addresses the request processing time:
"Considering that You have submitted Your identification documents (if applicable), WEI$$ will process Your withdrawal request. The withdrawal request processing may take from ten (10) minutes or more, if WEI$$ or relevant third parties have to perform additional checks."
While a lower bound is provided, no upper limit or deadline exists, meaning that Weiss Casino could delay processing indefinitely and still technically remain in compliance with its own terms and conditions. This lack of a clear deadline, combined with the inability of both live support and my VIP manager to provide an estimate for completion, and the ever-increasing processing times, significantly undermines my trust in the platform.
Lastly, as I mentioned in my previous post, my latest withdrawal request of 4,000 USDT, submitted on October 1st, is still pending after two weeks. I am also still awaiting the explanation I requested for the month-long delay in my previous withdrawal.
I kindly ask for these issues to be addressed promptly.
