I'm warining everybody about the wazamba casino and also seeking for help. This is my 3rd time trying to withdraw my winnings but nothing more than payment "Under review" 1st time waited a week, second time waited for 2 and a half weeks, now it's my 3rd time retrying and still nothing more than Under review. I contacted their so called support but every time I get the same answer about their financial department taking care of it ( I actually believe their support are bots because they all have the same answers) with no help of course. I strongly advise everybody to stay away from this casino. It's 26.12. the day I'm writing this complaint and the 3rd withdrawal was 16.12. but it's still on "Under review" course.
I do have proof of it. I don't know what to do or where to seek help so I think this is the best way to do so. Thanks in advance!
