On 14. December I requested a withdrawal request. One day later a second one. I have contacted the support regarding the state on 15. December because the state has changed at all, and if any documents are missing. On the 17th I received a reply from support saying that one of my withdrawal requests is scheduled to be paid on the 17th of December. Sadly nothing has changed and no reply from email either. I'm waiting for 2x 2000€ withdrawals for a week now. I have not used any bonus until my withdrawals and I also provided proof of IDs just in case.
