Wazamba Casino - Can't connect anymore, money is stuck in my account
Hello Askgamblers,
I've been playing on Wazamba for a while now, without having any issues. Deposited a few times, lost quite a bunch until I finally made some profit a few days ago and initiated a 700 ,- euros withdrawal.
Now since last night I can't do anything anymore when I try to connect to the casino. Sometimes when I'm lucky I can just login and from thereon everything else keeps loading. I can't see my transaction history, can't make another deposit, can't see my withdrawal history, I simply can't do anything anymore.
I contacted live support, they told me to change network and play on Google Chrome in anonymous mode, despite telling them that I already used different devices and already am using Chrome they just say to try it again later on. This has been the issue for 2 days already.
I'm desperate here as I just have the feeling I'm 'locked' out for some reason.
Please help me out here.
