Withdrawal of €6,515 constantly being cancelled
Hello. I joined VulkanVegas on the 7th of November and won €6515. They asked me for some regular documents, and then asked for a 'selfie' of my holding my bank card which I also sent. I then received a confirmation that I had passed verification on the 11th November. I re-requested all my withdrawals to my bank card (they break them down into €500 batches). I discovered a week later that they'd all been cancelled with no contact from Vulkan Vegas (except dozens of emails offering me deposit bonuses).
I then went on live chat, was assured that they'd be processed within the 14 working days of passing KYC, but this deadline came and went and all my withdrawals had once again been cancelled with no notice.
I went on live chat a few days ago and asked what the problem was. They stated that there was a problem withdrawing money back to my bank card, and that I should deposit €10 with Skrill, bet this twice, and then withdraw to Skrill while uploading a printscreent of my Skrill account. I did this, despite feeling that this wasn't particularly fair, and have just logged into my account today (5th) to discover that my withdrawals to Skrill have once again been cancelled.
On at least three separate occasions live chat have either told me it'll be processed shortly or that a mysterious new problem had emerged which could be solved by re-requesting the withdrawals. I've made multiple attempts to contact them via email, none of which have ever been answered. I've also had multiple live chat sessions rejected when I ask why my withdrawals are being cancelled, and why no notice or reason is being provided.
