I played on Vulkan Vegas on 17/11/2022 - 5 weeks ago. Since then I have been trying to get my 2016,8 euros winnings but they are making it impossible. Everything went well at first, they asked me for basic documents, a photo of the driver's license, a selfie with the driver's license, a photo of the utility bill, bank statement and screen shot from Skrill. I uploaded all of these and they were accepted. I expected to receive the money soon.
However, they canceled my withdrawal request time after time. After that they asked me for the source of funds document. I downloaded it on 17.12.2022 but they rejected it for no reason. I uploaded it again on 18.12.2022, but they still haven't processed the document. I have asked chat multiple times but the issue is not resolved. Please help!
