Since requesting the account closure I have due to my problem deposited around 1500 usd . There's no self exclusion option in the account settings. Account is still open.
I am registered to be blocked for all gaming in Denmark, from August 2020 and can first be reviewed in August 2021.
As i'm an addict, and the failure to close my account, it has made me depoisit everything I had , I have nothing left for the whole of December.
I can't control it.
I have attached screens from email, bank, and the exclution in Denmark.
Also deposits made from Neteller for last couple of months.
