Hi, I own an account on VulkanVegas casino, i made my first deposit, i played, then i sent all the requested documentation by terms and condition.
The problem is i submitted the documents on 20 December 2020, and today 02.01.2021 my account is still in pending situation.
I asked to the operators multiple times if something it s wrong or if they need more documents, the always said its ok, i only have to wait the email. But this email never come!!
Please help me with this situation cause sending emails and talking to operators didn t helped me.

The case was solved
They don t give any answer, no emails and in live chat they don t want to tell the reason why they don t verify my account.
I have a video recorded with the chat that i made yesterday 3.01.2021. No relevant answers.
I can offer the transcription as proof they don t care.
