I deposited $100 via Neosurf 48 hours ago. I have sent screenshots of the voucher that I used and also the proof from Neosurf that the money went into Syndicates account. The funds have not been deposited to my account as yet.. I have told Syndicate how to contact Neosurf to get the proof of deposit but they are not interested and tell me that they are investigating the matter. It is not good enough to just keep customers waiting this long. If I can contact Neosurf and find out who the money was paid to then so can Syndicate! Bad customer relations.

Thank you very much for letting us know about the issue. The transaction was delayed due to a general problem with our payment provider. At this stage, the problem has been fixed and within 24-48 hours the money will be credited to your gaming account.
Thank you for providing the photo of the voucher and the screenshot from the e-wallet, it helped the payment provider to accurately track the payment.
If there are still problems with payments or within the appointed time your balance will still not be replenished in the amount of 100 AUD, please contact our support service.
