Hi , I don't like to make complaints but my verification to that casino takes a long time. I sent all my documents from 12 / 10 and most of them still pending. Only my ID decline and they sent me email. I sent them again my ID and get accepted. The rest still pending. I don't have any problem with casino but I worry about this. If 1 document is declined, why should I have to wait another 5 days ? Thanks

Still nothing , still pending , askgamblers I think they try to close my account , they will reject it again until they block my account , all the other casinos accept the photos only this casino find problems

CHRISTAKOS48 uploaded Neteller statement for verification, but it was edited with graphic software. We've requested the original document. Today, further documents were uploaded and they are now pending by our responsible department.
