Spin Casino - Closed My Account After Winning 7448

I played one of Spincasino's bonus offers and i managed to win 7448,08 euro's and now the casino sent me this "Please note that your account at Spin Casino has been closed as per management’s discretion in line with our terms and conditions." I did read all of their terms and conditions before signing up, and i am sure that i did not break any of their terms and conditions.


Then i proceeded to go into their live chat, and i asked what was this for. The casino live chat representative told me that the decision was for "irregular play" and that they would confiscate my funds, even though i did not do anything that they determine as irregular play on their terms and conditions. I simply just signed up to their casino, deposited, got a bonus, went to play Victorious MAX where i lost money and won money pretty equally and decided to switch to Wild turkey where i got huge winnings and completed the wagering of the bonus in that game.

I think the casino is acting in a fraudulent way, and banning players just because they don't want to pay them their honest winnings.

I want to thank you in advance, Hopefully we can resolve this matter.

Spin Casino - Refusing to give back my money that they held incorrectly

I had played this casino only a couple of times as I usually play elsewhere, I finally hit something decent it was a little above $2500 when I go to withdraw. I get an email stating that they were withholding $240 of my money because of a “disputed transaction on my credit card” which was a complete lie. I never used a credit card once it was all transacted via etransfer which everyone knows you cannot dispute it’s very clear about that.

So I then had to send in all my banking statements etc. After getting the run around for weeks, finally, they state they made a mistake which I knew already, and stated they were going to send the $240. That has been almost 3 weeks ago now. Still no money still no payment.

They’ve given me multiple different dates and times and the whole 24-48 hours I have all the emails and chats of getting the runaround. Still nothing almost 3 weeks later.

They email me today and say there was an “error” trying to transfer which again is a lie as nothing has changed with my banking my email etc from the last withdrawal that took 2 days.

So still no money still no answers they have no one you can speak to, they don’t respond to emails, and chat is absolutely useless, and will repeat the same things.

Please help I saved everything all the convos all the emails all the lies the banking statements everything. DONT play here they are awful and will not pay you and give you the run around for their mistakes.
