had excluded myself from this casino quite some time back. I then asked them if my exclusion period had ended. They said I could reopen my account. I did so then made a £50 deposit via Paypal. I played £10 then the next day my account had been closed again.When asked what had happened they said I was excluded from a sister site. I said ok then please refund my unused funds of £40. Then we started back and forth with emails saying they were investigating the account. I tried to claim off PayPal but they were no help. Weeks later they have agreed to refund in 2 to 5 working days but still no payment. Live chat with operator tried to deny they gave this time frame till I cut and pasted email in chat box. Then they said we will look into it. A total joke with
