On 31/03/2019 I signed up to pokerstars to try it out as I usually play poker on a competitor site. I have never withdrew from there I usually only play mid micro mtts and have never really cashed I really enjoyed the casino and amassed $1000+ in deposits my last deposit was on 20/04/2019 when going to play my usual games my account was locked I got a message saying that the account was locked due to routine verification which in itself is perfectly reasonable and acceptable I did have reservations about this at first and had some back and forth with support but in the end emailed my documents that was around the start of May, after that I was busy with work etc and just kind of forgot about it once I remembered which was around 2 weeks ago I thought I’d log in and play as It’s got to have been verified by now low and behold I get the same message so I go to contact live support that option does no long appear on my account so I submits the documents again via the app and also direct to the email address provided I’ve still heard nothing back not even a receipt of email so for the past 6 months pokerstars has had my money sitting in an account I can’t use and can withdraw or play and I’ve tried multiple times to contact them without any contact back after the first initial conversations in April

The account had now been reinstated but could I ask what about the loss off my vip level and lost chests and tickets etc will I be getting compensated for that? As losing all that which took a while to build up was out of my control
