Frozen account and ignored by support
After deposit 1000 usd my account was frozen. I got letter from support ssaying;
Your account was flagged during a routine security check.
Ensuring your account safety and security is a top priority for us. With this in mind, we need you to provide us with some additional information so that we can verify your details.
Clear copies of the below documents are all we need to complete this process.
- A screenshot of your Skrill account, ensuring that your name, email address are clearly visible.

I sent screenshot and answered the questions. Later, after two days they requested my id, so i sent it too. Now 17 days is gone after that, my account is still frozen, support is ignoring my letters. I want at least get my deposit back....
