Hi
My account at PokerStars has been showing a message regarding a random security check which should take a few minutes..for 24 days now. I also have a pending withdrawal for 24 days and funds in my balance that I cannot use or withdraw either. I have recently had my account verified but still this issue persists and no restrictions have been lifted. I have emailed support and security several times in the last month often to no reply or no avail in the replies. I do not understand what else I need to do. My account is verified, I have given documentation and proof of ID and address and still my account is restricted. I would like to either be notified of what I must now do or have my restrictions lifted so I can access my pending withdrawal and current balance. Thank you.
