15.01 I started to play at pokerstars and won 10k$.
When I tried to cashout I had some troubles and they ask me to provide documents, it was 16/01.
After that u send it to support and get ignored for 3 days, finally they approved 3 my cashouts for 670$ on 19/01/.
Next day when I want to log in to my account - I see the message that it has been frozen. and for today I didn't receive any reason why it happens and how I can get my winnings.

After reviewing your account, we see that there is no update about your issue. And we see that the relevant team has replied twice with the same reply, confirming that your account is closed, that you are no longer allowed to play with us and that the funds on your account have been confiscated.
