Platincasino - Weird error that makes withdrawing not possible

On 15th of June I deposited 40€ to PlatinCasino. No bonuses, "raw deposit". Shortly after I got lucky and won in total 700,03€. Then, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, I got a weird error message, saying that my account is not verified. The error message is attached to this complaint.

What makes this rather strange is that I have completed the verification on the 10th of June (attached image) and PlatinCasino has confirmed this to me via eMail (attached image). I even made a successful withdrawal on 11th of June.

I got in contact with PlatinCasino and they answered on the 16th of June. Their first answer was that my account is verified & I should be able to withdraw (the previously attached image). Then, when I told them that the error is still happening, they answered with a pretty standard copy-n-paste message that they are looking into the case (attached image). 20th of June I again contacted them and got the exact same answer (attached image).

All in all, week has passed an no updates on the situation. I am writing this complaint because PlatinCasino hasn't given any updates on this matter, which I find unprofessional.
