Hi, pin up deliberately wastes time with additional verification.
- 02.07 - photo on the background of the screen with an open account
- 13.07 - housing and communal services
- 21.07 - contract with a mobile operator
- 29.07 - screenshot of deposit history from my ecopayz (What? And they don’t know what deposits I made? Hmm)
I sent all the requested documents quickly. they write that verification takes up to 5 days. as you can see, the verification always took more than 5 days. Online chat can not help anything, they write that this is discussed only by email verification@pin-up.team. Only from this mail nobody answers, ignoring.
They specifically ask for documents one at a time, are deliberately playing for time. Ignored, no information can be obtained.
Before that my account was verified. Account ID 14775770.
