My withdrawal of ₹20,000 is still pending since 03/02/2026 and the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet.

However, I would like to clearly highlight that the amount of ₹20,000 has not been credited to my bank account, even though your team has mentioned that the transaction was successfully processed.
If the payment has indeed been sent from your end, kindly provide official transaction proof, such as:
Payment/transaction receipt from your system
IMPS transfer trail showing beneficiary bank details
Confirmation from your payment processor/bank partner linked with the UTR (102095892850)
I have already shared my bank statement and bank confirmation email, which clearly show that no credit has been received against this UTR. Therefore, the only missing proof at this stage is from your side confirming successful settlement.
If the transaction has truly failed or not reached my account, then please note that I cannot initiate any refund request from my bank without a reversal request from the sender side. Refund can only be processed by the initiating bank/payment provider, not by the beneficiary account holder.
Therefore, I request you to either:
Provide clear payment proof confirming successful transfer, OR
Initiate the refund/reversal process from your bank/payment gateway and share the official reference number
At this stage, I am unable to proceed further without proper documentation. The bank confirmation I already shared clearly states that no payment has been received under the mentioned UTR, which raises serious concern regarding the status of this transaction.

With reference to the transaction details shared earlier, I would like to inform you that the amount of 20,000.00 has still not been credited to my account.
Although the attached confirmation shows that the transaction was completed successfully (UTR: 102095892850, dated 04-02-2026), the same is not reflecting in my bank account. As per my bank statement and confirmation from the bank, there is no record of this credit.
