I'm trying to withdraw money from 15th Feb 2025. First, they disabled all withdrawal methods for days, then only enabled IMPS, so I made a withdrawal on 25th-Feb-2025 at 21:07 (India Time),
Then, after 24 hours, it was shown that withdrawal was approved, and I thought I'd get money soon.. But after 3 days, I contacted live chat because the money had not been received,. They said to wait for 5 working days. I keep asking them and waited almost 10 days, and contactedthem again and again, and provided proofs and bank statement, so they raised a ticket ID #779181,
From that day no proper response from the chat team after opening the chat, sending greeting messages and disappearing for hours, and coming back after hours, and closing the chat if anyone replies.
Always telling that "our specialized team is working on it" and closing the chat directly, this is the response we always get.
On 20th- April - 2025 Casino send my money back into my casino account so iam now again trying to withdraw money but there is only "Bank Transfer" option is showing so, iam trying to withdraw money using bank transfer method ( wich i already used before also successfully got withdrawal and deposits) but they are rejecting the transaction instantly, In the reason section mention please contact support. And blocking my withdrawal section.
I contacted them many times, but they are telling me, "We are facing issues with withdrawing our experts, are working on it, it will be solved soon". And also enable the withdrawal section.... I tried many times to withdraw but keep rejecting the transaction and blocking again when I contacted to unblock the withdrawal... This is happening continuously.
For depositing at the casino, don't have any problem and have many methods working perfectly. I did deposit in these days also, but when I withdraw, they are showing only 1 or 2 options, which are rejected...
Sometimes the support team will guide make a deposit and withdrawal with the same method... but for withdrawal, only showing Bank transfer option, but for deposit, there is no Bank Transfer option, so what should I have to do?I don't understand...
It's almost over 2 months since my money got stuck in this casino, but no proper response, no proper status, no proper time frames, chat and mail service is irresponsible always.....
I am going through mental distress and financial crises, and health issues, with thinking of this issue...
I am requesting you and hope much to help me to get my money as soon as possible, please.
And at least enable the Astropay withdrawal method to get my withdrawal, which I have frequently used many times before.
